How to Floss Your Teeth

That is one of the lessons I learned during Family Home Evening. My dad showed us kids the back of the dental floss package and we talked about and practiced how to do each step. Now I am a faithful flosser, and most of my roommates or mission companions have been converted to flossing as well. For another Family Night we just sang hymns for about an hour. We're no professional singers, but there was a beautiful spirit there and it was a memorable time with family. I'm so thankful that my dad consistently brought our family together to learn the gospel and other priceless lessons, have a fun time, and just spend time with eachother. What are you thankful for?

Today I felt very thankful for other adults who care about and are kind to my children. I appreciate it and my kids notice it and talk about it all day if someone was especially nice or friendly to them. And it just makes the world seem like a better place when we feel more connected to and accepted by other people.

I definitely agree! That's sweet that they notice and talk about it all day.

I'm a Mormon.
